Website for recruitment and staffing agencies: winning candidates and clients at once

Recruitment and staffing agencies have two audiences with opposite questions: candidates look for a job, companies look for staff. A website that addresses both at once usually convinces neither. Good sites separate the paths from the start and make the next step easy for both.

Two entrances from the homepage

Right at the top of the homepage it should be clear: "I'm looking for a job" or "I'm looking for staff". Each path has its own pages, language and goal: the application or a company's enquiry. Pages by industry and role, such as "care workers in Cologne" or "warehouse staff in Hamburg", bring both sides via search.

A job board that brings applications

Most candidates arrive on mobile and abandon long forms:

  • Jobs flow automatically from the applicant tracking system to the website, without double maintenance.
  • JobPosting structured data so jobs appear in Google job search.
  • Quick application without registration, mobile, with CV upload or even without a CV.
  • Job ads neutral under German equal treatment law, for example with (m/f/d).
  • Salary information where possible: it brings noticeably more applications.

For companies: trust and terms

Companies want to see industries, process, response times and references, and to understand whether you place or lease staff. Anyone leasing workers in Germany needs a licence under Section 1 of the Temporary Agency Work Act; naming it on the website builds trust. For candidate data: add people to a talent pool only with consent, otherwise delete after the process within a reasonable period.

Cost

A website for staffing businesses with separate paths, role pages and an enquiry form starts at €1,800 with us. Connecting a job board to your applicant tracking with Google job search is quoted based on the existing system.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't our applicant tracking system's job board enough?
For applications, yes, but it often sits on a third-party domain. Jobs on your own website strengthen your search visibility.
Does Google job search cost anything?
No. You need correct structured data on every job page and must remove expired jobs.
How long may we store candidate data?
Without consent only as long as needed for the process and possible claims, often a few months. A talent pool requires consent.
