SCALE YOURBUSINESS

Automation, client acquisition, analytics, content, websites, security — the six areas that decide whether a business grows. We audit all six, tell you which one is costing you most right now, and fix that one first. First result in 2–3 weeks.

Audit → implementation → support

Five contractors who blame each other, or one team that owns the result.

Onravetoni covers six areas that decide whether a business grows: AI-powered automation, a steady flow of clients, growth analytics, content and trust, websites and technical infrastructure, reputation and security. Most companies buy these from five different contractors and spend their own time stitching the pieces together — the SEO agency blames the site, the site developer blames the ads. We start with an audit of all six areas and measure each finding in hours per week and in money, so the order of work is decided by payback rather than by whoever sold you last. Then we fix what pays back first, and you keep every account and everything we build.

Who this is for

  • Owners who already pay several contractors and cannot tell which one is actually moving the numbers
  • Teams losing hours every day to retyping requests, reconciling data between systems and assembling reports by hand
  • Businesses that get traffic but not enquiries — or enquiries that never turn into deals
  • Owners about to hire another person for the routine instead of removing the routine itself

What's included

  • Audit across all six areas: every finding measured in hours per week and in money, ranked by payback
  • A plan that says what to do first, what can wait, and what you do not need at all
  • Implementation in the areas you chose — automation, client acquisition, analytics, content, websites, security
  • Documentation and full handover of access: everything built is yours, not rented from us

How we work

  • Fixed price — you know the number before the work starts, not after
  • Everything runs on your accounts and your infrastructure, handed over with full access — you are not locked to us
  • Every area is measured before and after: if the numbers did not move, we say so instead of counting it as a win
What do the six areas actually mean?

Automation — the routine where a person moves or reconciles data: enquiries into the CRM, status updates, reports assembled from several sources, standard support replies, syncing stock and payments. Client acquisition — building lists to your criteria, first contact and follow-up, with every enquiry landing in the CRM tagged by source. Growth analytics — one report that shows which channel pays back and where budget leaks. Content and trust — the material Google finds, AI assistants cite and buyers actually read. Websites and infrastructure — sites, portals, stores and internal tools that convert and stay readable to search. Reputation and security — consistent company data everywhere people check, reviews handled, access and customer data protected.

Do I have to take all six?

No. The audit looks at all six because a problem in one usually shows up as a symptom in another — traffic that brings no enquiries is rarely a content problem alone. But you decide what to do with the findings. Most projects start with one or two areas, in the order the audit says pays back fastest. You can also take the audit and hand the plan to your own team or another contractor; that is a normal outcome and the plan is written to be readable by someone who was not in the room.

How long until I see something?

Audit: up to 5 working days, and you get the measured findings and the plan at the end of it whatever you decide next. First working result: 2–3 weeks from the start of implementation. Areas differ in how fast the numbers move — an automated process saves hours from day one, while content and search visibility usually take 2–4 months to show in traffic. We say which is which before you pay, not after.

What does it cost?

Audit — €490, credited in full against implementation if you go ahead. SCALE implementation — from €2,500, fixed after the audit so the number does not move mid-project. NEURAL full cycle — €10,000 for a 10–12 week programme covering every area at once, support and consulting included. Support on its own is not a tier but an option at $25 per hour or on a monthly retainer. Custom development is quoted per item at the same $25 per hour, and you can order the whole build or one piece at a time.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. Accounts, domains, code, workflows, dashboards and documentation are in your name from the start — we work inside your infrastructure rather than renting ours to you. There is no subscription that switches things off when it lapses, and no piece that only we can maintain. If you leave, the next team gets a documented system instead of a black box, which is the main reason we write the documentation as we go rather than at the end.
