We don't sell a subscription to “visibility”. We charge for processes that are actually running. The price is fixed after the audit.
Work runs in three steps: process audit (€490, up to 5 days) → automation implementation (from €1,500, first process live in 2–3 weeks) → support (from €300/month, cancel anytime). The audit fee is credited against implementation. Adjacent work — lead generation, websites and solutions, SEO and AI visibility — is quoted separately.

BILLING QUESTIONS
Why is the audit paid?+
Because it's real work: we map your processes, measure the time they take and produce a quote. A “free audit” at most agencies is a 20-minute sales call. Ours is a document you could take to any contractor. The €490 is credited against implementation if you continue with us.
Why “from €1,500” instead of a fixed price?+
Because automating one process across two systems and automating ten processes across CRM, inventory and accounting are different jobs. After the audit you get a fixed number for your actual scope, and that number doesn't move during the project.
Is support mandatory?+
No. We hand over processes with documentation and access — you can run them yourself or give them to another contractor. Support makes sense when you have no in-house technical person, or when your processes change often.
What if the audit shows there's nothing worth automating?+
We'll tell you straight, and you don't pay for implementation. This happens when volumes are still too low for automation to pay back. You keep the audit either way — including the calculation of what volume would make it worthwhile.
Is tax included in these prices?+
Prices are shown excluding tax. It's added at checkout according to your country. EU companies can enter a VAT number so it isn't charged separately.
Who owns the result?+
You do. Processes are deployed on your infrastructure or handed over with full access and documentation. We don't hold your workflows hostage to a subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major cards via Stripe, plus SEPA direct debit for EU clients. For projects from €1,500 we can invoice for bank transfer.
