02 — TERMS OF WORK
General rules across formats and services: rates, deposit, warranty, and what every line item includes. Where a package sets its own terms (audit — 100% upfront, full growth programme — 30/40/30), the package terms apply.
The fixed price covers the scope and acceptance criteria agreed in writing. If we underestimate the time, the price stays the same; new requirements are quoted and approved before work begins. Hourly orders are billed on actual time: consulting has a 2-hour minimum, development and changes an 8-hour minimum, and one-off support uses 30-minute increments. Warranty fixes are free.
Not included in any line item: writing content from scratch (editing your copy on a landing page is included) and photography, legal copy, hardware, third-party service licences, and changes to systems on your side. Prices exclude tax.

One specific automation without a full audit — for when you already know exactly what to take off your team's hands. One process means one trigger, up to 2 systems and one main route with error handling and alerts. More systems or branches count as two processes or a separate quote.
For systems we built or reviewed; the system list and working schedule are agreed before activation. Response time means acknowledging the request and starting diagnosis, not resolving the incident. Diagnosis, fixes and changes count towards the hour allowance. Unused hours on each plan roll over to the next paid month only, then expire; additional work is €30/hour after approval. Warranty fixes do not use the allowance. No 24/7 on-call. The full growth programme includes support during the programme and for one month after handover.

05 — Billing FAQ
Because it's real work: we review your website, SEO, sales and processes, measure the time they take and produce a quote. We also offer a free 15-minute call to understand the task and suggest where to start. The audit is a document with the numbers that you could take to any contractor. The €490 is credited against the first implementation order placed within 90 days of receiving the audit — up to the value of the work, with no cash refund of any difference. The credit does not apply to third-party services, AI balance or hourly consulting.
Because automating one process across two systems and automating ten across CRM, inventory and accounting are different jobs. After the audit you get a fixed number for your actual scope, and it does not move mid-project. €2,000 is the floor — three turnkey processes. If you only need one process, it's from €600 on its own.
The automation package covers the 3–5 processes the audit ranked first. The full growth programme is a fixed €10,000 for 10–12 weeks: strategy and growth plan, a company website of up to 10 pages in one language and its SEO setup, up to 5 agreed automations, one AI assistant, access and backups, team training (one 4-hour session), support and up to 2 hours of consulting a week. An online store, a custom CRM, extra languages and non-standard integrations are quoted separately. The exact scope and acceptance criteria are fixed before payment.
No. After the automation package the first month of support is included; after that it's optional: a €49 (monitoring), €149 (monitoring + 4 hours) or €399 (full support, 12 hours) monthly subscription, or one-off at €30 per hour. The SEO setup is one-off too — there is no monthly fee. We hand everything over with documentation and access, so you can run it yourself or give it to another contractor. In the full growth programme, support is included for the whole programme and a month after handover.
If our initial estimate shows that implementation is not worthwhile, we recommend not commissioning it. The completed audit is paid for and remains yours, including its calculations and assumptions. Estimated savings are not a payback guarantee or grounds for withholding payment for agreed work already delivered.

You do. Everything is deployed on your infrastructure or handed over with full access and documentation. Nothing switches off if you stop paying — we don't hold your work hostage to a monthly fee.
