Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do START, SCALE, and NEURAL differ?+
START—one priority and first result in 30 days. SCALE—full audit, clients, 3 workstreams, and payback guarantee. NEURAL—full operational partner with unlimited workstreams and a dedicated PM.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. Unused months are non-refundable, but you can upgrade your tier mid-term.
Do you offer refunds?+
The SCALE plan includes a month-one payback guarantee — if we can't demonstrate positive payback, we issue a full refund. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?+
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing region. EU businesses can apply their VAT number for reverse-charge.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?+
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle start. Contact support for enterprise plan changes.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Bank transfer is available for annual NEURAL plans on request.
