Support on its own is an option at $25 per hour — not a tier.

Every line item is fixed before work starts. If the work takes longer than estimated, we absorb the difference. Defect fixes inside the warranty period are free. The hours quoted per format estimate the effort involved — they are not how the price is calculated: each format is a fixed sum. The hourly rate applies to support and stand-alone adjustments.
Not included in any line item: content and photography, legal copy, hardware, third-party service licences, and changes to systems on your side. Prices exclude tax.

Because it's real work: we map your processes, measure the time they take and produce a quote. A “free audit” at most agencies is a 20-minute sales call. Ours is a document you could take to any contractor. The €490 is credited against implementation if you continue with us.
Because automating one process across two systems and automating ten across CRM, inventory and accounting are different jobs. After the audit you get a fixed number for your actual scope, and it does not move mid-project. €2,500 is the floor — roughly 100 hours of work.
SCALE is implementation in the areas the audit ranked first. NEURAL is a full-cycle business overhaul for a fixed €10,000: systems and websites built, processes automated, AI agents, strategy, marketing, SEO, security, team procedures and training, unlimited consulting. The programme runs 10–12 weeks, about 400 hours of work, and support is already part of it — there is nothing extra to pay for.
No, and it isn't a tier. After SCALE the first month of support is included; after that it's optional — hourly at $25, or a 10- or 20-hour monthly retainer. We hand over processes with documentation and access, so you can run them yourself or give them to another contractor. With NEURAL, support is included for the whole programme and a month after handover.
We'll say so plainly and you pay nothing for implementation. It happens when volumes are still too low for automation to pay back. You keep the audit either way — including the calculation of the volume at which it starts to make sense.
Prices exclude tax. It is added at checkout according to your country. EU companies can enter a VAT number so it isn't charged separately.
You do. Everything is deployed on your infrastructure or handed over with full access and documentation. Nothing switches off if you stop paying — we don't hold your work hostage to a monthly fee.
Major cards via Stripe, plus SEPA direct debit for EU clients. For projects from €2,500 we can invoice for bank transfer, paid by stage: 30% deposit, the rest on acceptance. NEURAL is paid in three instalments — 30% at the start, 40% mid-programme, 30% after handover.
