Starting prices are indicative. After the brief we agree pages or sections, languages, content, forms, integrations, revision rounds and acceptance criteria. The fixed price covers that scope: we absorb time overruns; new requirements are quoted before implementation. Hourly work is billed on actual time within the agreed estimate.
Not included: Copy and photos are supplied by the client (or quoted separately), paid themes and plugins, third-party licences, legal texts.

For systems we built or reviewed; the system list and working schedule are agreed before activation. Response time means acknowledging the request and starting diagnosis, not resolving the incident. Diagnosis, fixes and changes count towards the hour allowance. Unused hours on each plan roll over to the next paid month only, then expire; additional work is €30/hour after approval. Warranty fixes do not use the allowance. No 24/7 on-call. The full growth programme includes support during the programme and for one month after handover.
Paid by the client directly to the providers; we help choose and connect them. Indicative amounts — actual costs depend on provider plans.

The clock starts once copy, photos and access are in place. Delays in materials move the launch date.
Non-standard integrations, migration from another platform, extra languages and complex animation are quoted separately — we name the amount before work starts.
